Best ever roast potatoes

Christmas dinner wouldn't be complete without chunky roast potatoes. Our best ever roast potatoes are lightened up by using sunflower oil instead of goose fat which keeps them extra crispy. For the best results, don’t overcrowd your roasting tin. Each chunk needs to be sizzling in the tin with space around it.
