Try our twist on classic spaghetti & meatballs for a comforting family dinner. We've taken this dish to the next level by stufifng our meatballs with melting mozzarella cheese. Capture the flavours of a traditional meatball by mixing pork and beef mince, then adding garlic, parmesan, parsley and dried oregano. For an extra special touch, add yeast extract to intensify the savoury flavours.

Keep the texture of your meatballs loose by mixing the ingredients by hand. We also advise soaking your breadcrumbs in milk to keep the meatballs light and plump. Use ciabatta, sourdough or baguette for the best flavour. Cook your meatballs in the sauce so the sauce takes on the flavours of the meatball and vice versa. The result is a super-rich tomato sauce, perfect for serving with spaghetti.

Give the sauce time to rest, then serve spooned over your pasta with about three meatballs per person.
