Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or vegan alternative
- 1 tbsp tamari soy or dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce (vegan, if needed) or brown sauce
- 1 tbsp date syrup or honey
- 2 tsp muscovado sugar
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Put all the ingredients in an airtight jar or container, then mix well until combined. Taste for seasoning, adding more sugar or soy sauce, if needed. Stir in the ground white sesame seeds, if using. Will keep chilled for one month.
