Whether you cultivate your own or take advantage of supermarket sales, how will you be using up your berry glut this year? If you can resist scooping them straight from punnet to mouth, we have a few suggestions.

Check out our raspberry recipes, frozen raspberry recipes and raspberry cocktails for even more inspiration. Plus, read about the health benefits of raspberries.

1. Best ever chocolate raspberry brownies

An obvious starting point maybe, but biting into squidgy brownies packed with sweet raspberries deserves top spot, in our opinion. Add amaretti biscuits raspberry bake for grown-up crunch, or combine with white chocolate to create a complementary flavour sensation.

In the mood for baking? You could also try our raspberry & amaretti crunch cake, raspberry & white chocolate traybake or raspberry oat traybake. Or, try other fruit-filled desserts with our strawberry and cherry dessert recipes.

2. Raspberry ripple chia pudding

Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, raspberries are not only a tasty way to start the day, but a healthy one, too. Sprinkle over cereals, add sweetness to our raspberry ripple chia pudding or treat yourself to one of our breakfast smoothies.

You could also add raspberries to a breakfast smoothie, honey muesli with raspberries & hazelnuts or one of our summer breakfast recipes.

3. Chocolate & raspberry zebra cake

If you're spending a bit of time in the kitchen at the weekend and want to make something special, try our more challenging raspberry recipes. Wow guests with a six-layered spice cake, or transform a classic marble cake into a vibrant zebra cake.

Other options include a raspberry spice cake and raspberry chocolate torte. For more challenging bakes to impress, try our showstopping cake recipes.

4. No-bake raspberry cheesecake

If presentation is key, a scattering of raspberries is enough to elevate simple bakes. Add berries to our lemon cheesecake for a splash of colour, make warm raspberry cupcakes with orange sugar drizzle or try our raspberry, lemon & frangipane tart. Or, simply use to brighten plates and encourage little ones to enjoy some fruity goodness.

5. Raspberry bakewell cake

This simple almond-flavoured cake is a great way to use up pick-your-own fruit. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and icing sugar for a fancy finish, and eat warm with a cup of tea for best results.

6. Homemade raspberry jam

Nothing says domestic god or goddess quite like making your own jam. It might sound like a bit of a faff, but our recipes require just three ingredients each and even guide through sterilising the jars. You can also avoid buying a jam thermometer by using a saucer and the freezer. Want head chef status? Make your own bread to serve alongside.

7. Raspberry honey flapjacks

Make these easy raspberry honey flapjacks using just five ingredients. Serve with a cuppa for a perfect mid-morning pick-me-up, or freeze for a later date. These flapjacks slice so easily, making them a great picnic or lunchbox option, too.

8. Raspberry sorbet
