Ingredients
- 3 x 400g/14oz cans mixed beans
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- small bunch coriander, chopped
- 6 tbsp garlic-flavoured oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- handful tortilla chips, roughly broken
Method
- STEP 1
Mix the beans, onion and coriander together, then stir in the oil and vinegar with some seasoning. Top with the tortilla chips.
